How we work
Write code a reader can delete.
Small modules, explicit names, comments where the why is non-obvious. If it takes two paragraphs to explain, the abstraction is wrong.
One engineer per surface.
Nobody is a “frontend engineer” or “backend engineer” here. You own a surface end-to-end: schema, API, UI, tests, deploy, on-call.
Remote, but high-touch.
No standup theater. Async by default. But when something matters we get on a call in five minutes and decide. We don’t protect process from the work.
