Terms of Service
Our standard master-subscription agreement is in review with outside counsel. Below are the key terms we operate under; the full current document is available on request.
What we can tell you today
- Month-to-month or annual subscription terms. Annual includes a 30-day written termination-for-convenience window.
- 99.9% uptime commitment with service credits. Real-time status at status.velora.com.
- Data portability: on termination, customer data exports (CSV + full SQL dump) are available within 10 business days, retained for 30 days post-termination, then purged.
- Limitation of liability: capped at 12 months of fees paid, with carve-outs for IP indemnity, confidentiality, and data-breach liability.
- Standard warranty, indemnity, and governing-law sections consistent with US SaaS norms (Delaware law, exclusive federal-court jurisdiction).
Order forms with existing customers govern until the master agreement is published.
