Email + SMS sequences
Live today: sequenced cadences across email and SMS with wait-states, conditional logic, and time-of-day rules. Voice drop, LinkedIn DMs, and AI voice dialer are on the roadmap — listed honestly here rather than buried.
Atlas is where your book lives. The Marketing module turns it into a growth engine — email and SMS sequences today, AI voice agents and additional channels on the roadmap, all running on the same contact graph as your CRM-of-record.
Velora Marketing is the sister-product outbound engine running natively on Atlas's contact graph. Email and SMS sequences are live; voice-drop, LinkedIn, and AI voice are on the roadmap. Already on HubSpot Marketing or Outreach? One-way export from Atlas to those tools is on the integration roadmap; the Atlas → external CRM connectors live alongside the rest of the integrations work.
The deal in your CRM, the open rate on the email that sourced them, and the transcription from the AI-voice qualification call all live on the same contact record. Attribution is an inner join, not a scavenger hunt.
Email and SMS today, with manual outbound calling via the dialer. Ringless voicemail, LinkedIn, and AI voice agents are on the roadmap — when they ship they slot into the same queue, cadence, and contact graph.
Outbound starts from an event that already happened inside Atlas — a client 180 days from renewal, a network-disruption alert on an incumbent plan, a new prospect matched against SIC code. Sequences run because the data said run, not because a producer had a free afternoon.

Planned: an inbound-line AI assistant that qualifies prospects with broker-specific questions (funding type, lives, renewal date, current broker) and hands warm calls to producers with the transcript on-record. Not in production today.
Outbound runs on a dedicated sending domain (Resend today) with bounce handling, suppression-list hygiene, and DMARC/DKIM/SPF setup so your primary domain stays clean. Sender rotation across multiple warmed mailboxes is on the roadmap.
AI-classified replies (interested / not-now / unsubscribe / question / bounce / out-of-office). Hot replies surface immediately on the producer's dashboard — not buried in a shared inbox.
If you have HubSpot or Salesforce, Atlas pushes contacts to them one-way today via /api/v1/integrations/{hubspot,salesforce}/. Dedupe is idempotent — HubSpot search-by-property, Salesforce PATCH-by-external-id (velora_atlas_contact_id__c). Account + deal + activity sync are roadmap; the data model is built for it.
Because outbound and the CRM share one contact graph, every lead is queryable from first touch → meeting → deal → policy → commission. The trace is the inner join, not a separate analytics product.
Target reply rate on cold outbound to benefit-decision-makers across the live channels (email, SMS) and the roadmap channels as they ship. The Atlas advantage isn't the reply rate — it's that every reply lands on the same contact graph, so reply → meeting → deal → commission is queryable without a separate analytics layer.
