Fill the pipeline from inside Atlas.

Atlas is where your book lives. The Marketing module turns it into a growth engine — email and SMS sequences today, AI voice agents and additional channels on the roadmap, all running on the same contact graph as your CRM-of-record.

Velora Marketing is the sister-product outbound engine running natively on Atlas's contact graph. Email and SMS sequences are live; voice-drop, LinkedIn, and AI voice are on the roadmap. Already on HubSpot Marketing or Outreach? One-way export from Atlas to those tools is on the integration roadmap; the Atlas → external CRM connectors live alongside the rest of the integrations work.

Your CRM shouldn't watch outbound from the sidelines.

One contact graph

The deal in your CRM, the open rate on the email that sourced them, and the transcription from the AI-voice qualification call all live on the same contact record. Attribution is an inner join, not a scavenger hunt.

Multi-channel playbooks

Email and SMS today, with manual outbound calling via the dialer. Ringless voicemail, LinkedIn, and AI voice agents are on the roadmap — when they ship they slot into the same queue, cadence, and contact graph.

Triggered, not sprayed

Outbound starts from an event that already happened inside Atlas — a client 180 days from renewal, a network-disruption alert on an incumbent plan, a new prospect matched against SIC code. Sequences run because the data said run, not because a producer had a free afternoon.

Outbound with the receipts attached.

01

Email + SMS sequences

Live today: sequenced cadences across email and SMS with wait-states, conditional logic, and time-of-day rules. Voice drop, LinkedIn DMs, and AI voice dialer are on the roadmap — listed honestly here rather than buried.

Email + SMS in production
02

AI voice agents (roadmap)

Planned: an inbound-line AI assistant that qualifies prospects with broker-specific questions (funding type, lives, renewal date, current broker) and hands warm calls to producers with the transcript on-record. Not in production today.

03

Deliverability infrastructure

Outbound runs on a dedicated sending domain (Resend today) with bounce handling, suppression-list hygiene, and DMARC/DKIM/SPF setup so your primary domain stays clean. Sender rotation across multiple warmed mailboxes is on the roadmap.

Targets: 6% reply, <0.3% bounce
04

Intent scoring on every reply

AI-classified replies (interested / not-now / unsubscribe / question / bounce / out-of-office). Hot replies surface immediately on the producer's dashboard — not buried in a shared inbox.

05

HubSpot / Salesforce one-way contact export

If you have HubSpot or Salesforce, Atlas pushes contacts to them one-way today via /api/v1/integrations/{hubspot,salesforce}/. Dedupe is idempotent — HubSpot search-by-property, Salesforce PATCH-by-external-id (velora_atlas_contact_id__c). Account + deal + activity sync are roadmap; the data model is built for it.

06

Campaign ROI to booked revenue

Because outbound and the CRM share one contact graph, every lead is queryable from first touch → meeting → deal → policy → commission. The trace is the inner join, not a separate analytics product.

Marketing lives on Atlas's contact graph.

Unlike a standalone tool, Marketingreads and writes against the same company / contact / deal / policy objects the rest of your agency runs on. When a prospect becomes a client, their outbound history doesn’t disappear — it stays on the account forever, queryable by the RAG agent on the policy page.

6%
target reply rate, broker outbound

Target reply rate on cold outbound to benefit-decision-makers across the live channels (email, SMS) and the roadmap channels as they ship. The Atlas advantage isn't the reply rate — it's that every reply lands on the same contact graph, so reply → meeting → deal → commission is queryable without a separate analytics layer.

Questions brokers actually ask.

How is this different from Velora Marketing standalone?
Velora Marketing is the same outbound engine — we sell it standalone to brokers who want to keep HubSpot or Salesforce as their CRM. The Atlas Marketing module is that same engine, but with read/write against Atlas’s native contact graph instead of a sync layer. Faster, cleaner, no duplicate records. Same pricing model.
Do we need to change email senders / domain?
No. We run outbound on a dedicated sending domain (e.g. mail.youragency.com) so your primary domain stays protected. DMARC/DKIM/SPF configured for you; takes about 30 minutes of DNS changes on your end.
What about TCPA / CAN-SPAM compliance?
Built-in opt-out handling, quiet-hours enforcement by state, suppression list merge across all channels, unsubscribe links on every email, SMS STOP keyword handling, TCPA consent tracking on phone outreach. We don’t make you build compliance; we make compliance the default.
Is the AI voice agent shipped?
Not yet — it’s on the roadmap. The intended posture: it identifies itself as an AI assistant, is there only for inbound qualification (not cold calling), and transfers to a human the moment the prospect wants one. Until it ships, the dialer is producer-driven with AI assist on coaching, transcription, and summarization.
Can we start with just one channel?
Yes. Most agencies start with email + reply routing and add SMS after 30 days. Voice drop, LinkedIn, and AI voice are layered in as those channels ship.
What if we already use HubSpot / Salesforce?
Keep them. Atlas Marketing runs alongside. One-way contact push to HubSpot (PAT auth) and Salesforce (session / OAuth Bearer auth) ships today — POST against /api/v1/integrations/{hubspot,salesforce}/contacts/[id]/push. Account + deal + activity sync are roadmap; the data model is built for it. See the Integrations page for the live status.
